Ingredients:
- 400gm Chicken meat (dice into cube)
- 80gm Pineapple (cut it into cube)
- 1 Tomato (cut it into quartered)
- 1 Green Capsicum (slice and remove seed)
- 1 Egg
- 200gm Sweet & Sour Paste
Method:
- Put the diced chicken in a bowl and add ¼ tsp salt, 1 egg, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well for 15 mins.
- Fry the chicken mixtures until crisps and set aside.
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil, and add tomato, pineapple, green capsicum and mix well.
- Then add the sweet & sour paste and let it boil.
- Add the fried chicken and mix well.
- Pour it onto a plate and serve.
Paste Ingredients:
Tomato, Honey, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Water.
