- 400gm Squid
- 1 Red Chili
- 10gm Dried Chili
- 20gm Ginger
- 150gm Cashew Nuts
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 200gm Dried Chili Paste
Method:
- Mix the squid with ¼ tbsp salt, 2 tbsp water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well and let it season for 15 minutes.
- Cut the red chili and remove its seeds, cut dry chili into 1 inch length and slice ginger.
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil, fry the cashew nuts and set aside
- Fry the squid and set aside
- Then fry the dried chili, red chili and ginger…add the squid, fried cashew nuts and dried chili paste.
- Mix well and serve.

Chili, Black soya sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar.
